We have two service objectives:

  • TRANSVER and ROTZINGER systems should be operated accident-free and as far as possible trouble-free over their entire life cycle.
  • TRANSVER and ROTZINGER systems should perform as expected by our customers.

Aside from correct handling of the equipment, this also involves efficient cleaning and maintenance. In the event of any damage, TRANSVER and ROTZINGER aim to minimize the downtime as much as we can! We will speedily process your spare parts order and aim to act on any request for engineering support within the desired timeframe.

Consultancy
Safety comes first! Our experts will be delighted to advise you in the correct handling and maintenance of our products.

Preventive maintenance
On request we will be pleased to provide an engineer to check your installation from top to bottom: Important tests are carried out, safety deficiencies are identified, maintenance requirements recorded and if required, a list of recommended spare parts is compiled.

Spare parts
TRANSVER and ROTZINGER have the most important spare and wear parts readily available for our customers. Any parts not in stock can be quickly produced in our own factory or by suppliers in the area and immediately dispatched.

Engineers
TRANSVER and ROTZINGER can rely on a team of engineers with extensive experience in line construction and servicing. If a repair is requested, TRANSVER and ROTZINGER select a suitable engineer who is then dispatched to the customer. Any drawings or spare parts required are sent at the same time.
